  • Reservations required for all private parties.
  • Minimum of $500 for use of the upstairs room. Minimum must be reached through food and bar purchases or the party will be charged the difference to meet the minimum.
  • Credit card guarantee is required at contracting with balance due at conclusion of function.
  • Cancellations and any major changes up to 72 hours in advance.
  • Hors d'oeuvres order must be placed one week prior to the event to ensure selection.
  • All food ordered is paid for at contracting, with tax and gratuity due the night of the event.
  • Guaranteed minimum revenue ("buy out") required for exclusive usage of entire restaurant or bar.
  • Buy-out functions to be prepaid. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance for Buy-out functions.
